This module focuses on the personal and interpersonal dimensions of leadership. Senior leaders are expected not only to make strategic and governance decisions, but also to lead themselves, build trust, manage difficult conversations, motivate teams and create the conditions for high performance. Participants will reflect on their own leadership style and strengthen their ability to lead others in complex organizational environments.
